How to Change User Account Pictures in Windows 8

To Change User Accounts Pictures
1.Sign in Microsoft Account To Change the User Accounts Pictures
2.Go to  (Windows+R)
Run --->  C:\ProgramData\Microsoft
Then Go to User Account Pictures Folder open the folder
Replace the ur USER.PNG to ur image example:karthick.png
it will change ur Accounts Picture...
